Process Improvement Officer (PI) - AGRA BAREKSA    URGENTLY REQUIRED

Agra Bareksa is one of Djarum Group with main business in forestry, located in Kalimantan. We manage area of concession ± 370.000 ha.  Due to rapid growing of our company, we challenge professional and highly motivated people to join our team for the following position:

Responsibilities:

Acting as internal consultant for BOC & other work units in performance improvement.Communicate company strategy to all elements & develop training module for BPI.Coordinate all improvement projects within organization (manage & lead improvement project).Monitor the progress of all improvement projects.Develop solutions to critical business issues.

Qualifications:

Male, min. 28 years old.Bachelor degree of Industrial/Mechanical/Electric Engineering from reputable university. Min.2 years experience in business process improvement, as Trainer for continuous improvement.Knowledge of SOP, improvement methodology (TQM, Lean, Six Sigma, BPR, etc), BSC.Software competency: MS Office, SPSS, MinitabPlacement in: Head Office (Jakarta).
