VACANCY

PT Jakarta International Hotels & Development Tbk, a public listed company, engaged in hotel and property business, is seeking qualified and highly motivated candidates for the following position:

Qualifications:

Male/Female, maximum 35 years oldMinimum S1 Degree in LawMinimum 4 years of experience in a reputable law firm or a public listed companyExcellent written and spoken of English, Mandarin is an advantageAble to review and drafting contracts, advices and memorandums for the best interest of the company, drafting or preparing correspondences to respond to enquiries in respect of any legal matters addressed to legal division, conducting research of legal and regulatory issues, and liaise with government institutions.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Responsible for all corporate business licenses and permits,Handling and organizing all documents related to the General Meeting of Shareholders, drafting and reviewing contracts/agreements;Monitoring and controlling the full inventory of contracts/agreements to ensure all legal documents are properly maintained, kept up to date and complied with provide legal opinion and advices to the Board of Directors to ensure the compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
