(Jakarta Raya) Responsibilities :
Directs large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple matrix partnersManages all aspects of the project life cycle and works with matrix partners to oversee all phases of a projectLeverage project team resources to provide level of effort estimatesIdentify, mitigate, and prioritize, manage and resolve project issues, constraints, dependencies and risksCreate and manage overall project plan (MS Project), including task schedules and project-related documentationDefine and manage to critical success factorsDevelop and monitor project budget versus actual expensesManage project changes to schedule, budget, and scope through change control processCommunicate status and issues to senior management and project stakeholdersCoordinate cross-org team, proactively ensuring that teams are "in sync" in terms of communication, schedules, issues, etc.Facilitate decision making with stakeholders, balancing the needs of different constituencies and facilitating consensus.Identifies, mitigates, and prioritizes, manages and drives resolution of project issues, constraints, dependencies and risks. Proactively identifies risk areas and critical items that need to be done to keep project on track.Champion and key contributor of continuous improvement of PM best practices, using innovative ideas to increase effectiveness of organization.Managing mostly high visibility projects in terms of complexity, risk, and/or business criticality while managing multiple projects at a given time, juggling activities and priorities accordingly.Facilitate resolution of technical issues. Capable of interpreting technical information and present/speak the information to different audiences (business owner, etc.), conveying the message in a way the audience can understand. Understanding of process, potential issues, consequences of changes during Software Development LifecycleAbility to gauge severity of a technical issueStrong organizational, presentation, and customer service skillsCRM Intermediate knowledgeMaintain high level of professional services & contacts with the customers.Avaya SPSS systems application deliveranceTraining resource providers
Requirements:
Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; motivate teams; resolve conflict; execute with limited information and ambiguityAbility to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectivelySolid influencing and communication skillsSound business and technical acumenFocused and versatile team playerThe PM position is very hands on - this is NOT an administrative project management positionThe ability to multitask on different projects concurrently and react deftly to movements in the business is criticalThe PM also serves as leader for the team; a strong positive attitude and the ability to motivate both junior and senior team members is importantAbility to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verballyExperience or background in Requirements Analysis and/or ConsultingBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related disciplineAt least 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in communication systems/telephony solutionPreferably experience in using avaya systems & data knowledgeAble to work independentlyShould you meet the above requirements,
